Laser cutting

We can laser-engrave almost anything

Laser cutting is a highly precise method for designing and finishing all kinds of items. We use this technique to produce business cards with cut-outs, as well as Christmas cards, thank-you cards, menu cards, sympathy cards, invitation cards and much more. For example, we laser-cut symbols into the material or create perforations for tearing. In addition to paper, we also die-cut rubber, plastic, stone, metal, wood and much more. Any questions? Simply get in touch with us.

Laser cutting with glass and fruit

With laser cutting, it is also possible to cut oval and round shapes out of acrylic, leaving the edges polished (rather than rough-edged). We have even laser-cut fruit for our customers, for example as a healthy and biodegradable promotional gift at trade fairs. The possibilities are virtually endless and there are no limits to your creativity. We can even laser-cut paper (see photos) for you with millimetre precision – or rather, to within a tenth of a millimetre.

Laser engraving of symbols on mobile phone cases

Another speciality of laser cutting is mobile phone cases. You can choose between wooden and leather cases (see photos). All kinds of designs are possible; even the finest lines can be reproduced. The leather version is available in black and brown. For the wooden cases, we can provide maple, cherry, walnut, rosewood and bamboo.

Engraving available from 1 item

We can fulfil your laser cutting and engraving requirements from as little as a single item. However, we can also handle large print runs for flyers, tickets, certificates, school reports, packaging, labels and so on. If required, we can remove only the top layer of a material without damaging the rest. As there are no plate costs involved, laser cutting is correspondingly cost-effective. Laser hatching and laser engraving are also possible.

Data delivery

Please ensure that the maximum format of 32 x 45 cm is not exceeded.  Vector graphics are ideal for processing: EPS, AI or PDF files with an outline stroke width of 0.2 pt are suitable for our laser. Colour gradients should not be used. For laser engraving, graphic files and image files such as JPEG, TIFF etc. are also possible.
