Delivery charges for the online shop (different rates apply to orders placed by email or in-store)

With us, you only pay as much as Delivery charges, as well as actually incurred, based on the transport companies’ published prices.
Depending on the goods, delivery date, destination and dimensions, we work with a wide range of transport and freight forwarding companies.

Our pricing is based on Weight, quantity and size your order and to the Provisions the relevant transport and freight forwarding companies.
Generally speaking, Plus packaging costs (even for collection in person).
Related articles We sort them according to their dimensions and properties (e.g. acrylic sheets and PVC sheets) and pack them accordingly efficient as much as possible, so that you can the lowest possible shipping category land.
We distinguish between three product groups that we post separately:

1) Posters, banners & stickers: Rolled, package size
2) Sheets & canvas: By weight per square metre, package size
3) Displays/gift ideas etc.: By weight / per square metre, parcel size

In isolated cases, it may happen that orders, although relatively easy, but nevertheless large (e.g. 1.50 m x 2.50 m Kapa). As this exceeds our delivery provider’s size limit, the „Volume weight“ to bear. This is calculated as follows: Length (in cm) x width (in cm) x height (15 cm by default) divided by 9000 (Extreme example above: 150 × 250 × 15 = 562,500; 562,500 ÷ 9,000 = 62.5 kg volumetric weight).
Shipping is currently calculated in the shop based on Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
We do, of course, offer deliveries to other countries as well, though not via the shop – please enquire by mail.

Information about our delivery times:
We always do our best to complete your order as quickly as possible. Depending on the scope of the work, this may take a shorter or longer time. It is therefore not possible to give a standard processing time.
It usually takes us 3–4 working days to prepare an order and hand it over to our delivery partners. Delivery usually takes place two working days later, depending on the carrier and the destination.
Please therefore allow for an estimated production time of 5–6 working days when placing an order.

Just a reminder: Depending on the scale and workload of production, this may take longer (though it may also be quicker).
